GeForce 9800? GTX or GX2?

And what does GPUs have inside of them?
Graphical processors.

GTX - 1 processor with one core inside of the processor.
GX2 - 1 processor(i think) with two cores inside of the processor.
Maybe it has 2 processors both with one core, I don't know exactly.

Anyway, to the topic author. I have GX2 and I can run Crysis maxed out with 50-80 FPS with no lags at all.

Shame for me that I am not a gamer, but if you are ,then this card is excellent for you. It's stronger than 260 and maybe even then 280 because of 2 cores/processors inside of it.

It has dual GPUs, but still has 2 cores.

And 1 fast GPU is better then 2 because of the games coding. Almost no game gets a + >70% boost with more then 1 cores.

We don't know that yet now do we? ;) But I still think multiple cores are one step in the wrong direction. Better performance, less power consumption is win.

the GX2 is a lot better. no matter what you will always get a boost with 2 vs 1 even if its just a 5% boost or smthn. the GX2 is pretty much SLI with 1 card and comparable to GTX260 or maybe a 280.
