The 3.4 VM server comes already modded / changed.
- Artifact % stats have a higher upgrade and appearance chance
- enemies are scaled above level 90 (they are at 120 level)
- Characters can be purchased from vendors
- Adventure rank rewards have characters aswel
- Upgrading statues of the 7 gives extra rewards
- chances of x2 and x5 bonus when upgrading artifacts are very high
- Welking Moon daily gives 10000 primogems
- Primogems drop from monsters in the world

And a lot more. So far have not encountered any broken quests.

Compare the two files and edit them yourself. It's not difficult.

Also, does it have the NPCs/chests etc spawned around the map, working dungeons and all or do you have to use console commands for those?

This is a modification for the 3.2 version of the server that leaked fully with quests etc.

Nah, it's also not under current development until a 4.0+ version of the server gets leaked.

im not really tech savvy or use mods before, i read the instructions and confused about the therminology and couldnt find a step by step that easier to understand or video guides and i think im missing lots of things outside of this files. can i have more link or something that could help me learn how to install this mod? thank you

This is for a v3.2 server. If you get the v3.4.7 server VM from the other threads, it should have a similar mod already applied as described by dziobus above.

just pitching in for all of the other non-knowers of how to set this stuff up. I doubt anyone will, but if anyone can make a guide/tutorial from start to finish of how to get an offline server running with this specific solo mod, that would be super appreciated. (when i mean non-knowers, i MEAN it. this tech jargon is too much for my miniscule brain)

i ditched genshin because of the FOMO stuff and this mod straight up sounds like what ive wanted for genshin since it launched.
thank you if anyone responds, and thank you to the people who get this stuff uploaded and working for the general public. even if i dont figure out how to do it, someone did, and is probably having a grand ol' time because of it o7
