/get items dropable

can anyone help me I forgot, which number did you need to add or delete at system in your mainconfig.txt etc. to make gm items dropable ?

I only know the database way
all 'Info' Numbers -8

please only reply if you know what I'm talking about those 2 replies were useless ofcourse I know about the storage command or doing it in the database manually, read the question again and only answer if you know what I mean
