Getq 108 Error

Ok, I need some help. My server was running for the past month and a half without any problem. Three days ago, I was on playing with a friend and we suddenly got kick off. Since then, I can't get into it anymore. I've tried re-installing the server, uninstall MSSQL 2005 and reinstall (luckily I backed up the database so no data was loss), I even re-installed CentOS and I still come up with the same problem. The only thing I did not do was wipe clean WIndows XP where the database reside and re-install it. I can go past the User name and password screen, I can see the channels but I CANNOT get inside those channels. If anyone can offer a solution, please do not hesitate to try cuz i've been at it for 3 days and I can't figure it out. I've attached some of the fresh log from the sever on this post. Please help.

Also, when I tried to open the table in MSSQL using 2005 Express, I got these errors http://forum.ragezone.com/f460/mssql-2005-clear-event-log-505716/. This showed up after I re-installed MSSQL 2005 Express and restored the database.
