No, you can not.

@abxyxx You can, the server you join how ever must be a modded one. I'm not sure if there are downloads out there, but a quick google search will be able to show you how people do things like that :

used to use cpbo for Arma2(dayz) but not anymore

Depbo is a simple doubleclick on the .pbo file
Makepbo a simple drag/drop just pull the new-edit on Makepbo.exe

Extractpbo (a Gui-version depbo and derap for pbo-files)
