What are WorldTimer and GlobalTimer in the configuration file WorldSvr.cfg

Specific no, guess maybe. I think these timers are the basic timers all timing is done by. For example i think changing one of these might reduce the time drops stay before vanishing, but i think it will probably affect a lot of other stuff too. Never change too much at once or you won't know what change caused what effect
