GM commands

people, wanted to know how do you activate some commands from GM / ADM in my private server. for example the command "/ all" is not working, need help now.

/admin_wall <talk to all gunz chanels>
/admin_ban <username> get dc for user... (withoit the <>)
/changemaster change the room master
/changepassword 123 -- change room password to 123
/jjang <username> add jjangto user
/remov_jjang <username> removing jjang...
