If you are using mangos, the way to do it would be to go ahead and edit the table data of the Command DB. Otherwise I can't answer your question... I don't think you can if you are using WoWemu. Honestly, if you are that concerned about a person and what he can do with GM powers... why are you giving that kind of access?
