well. execute the sql files on your database and put the html and xml files on the respectives folder. Knowing the npc id, u will can spawn it ingame

LOL! you have custom tables on L2J too AFAIK, anyways... you can put it on normal NPC table and that's it, no big deal

When I try to add the sql data I get this error, with navicat or phpadmin same thing:
