Well i was thinking about buy a domain (website) since i have my pc as dedicated host.

Well the only one i found is

the website doesn't have to connect to the gunz server. Thats only if you want to add features that would require it to have access to the DB.

You need a dedicated server or VPS in which to host a gunz server.
