I am looking at the back of the boxes with the chocolate eggs and such. I feel like a fat man wondering how much fatter I'll be getting when I eat all of that delicious chocolate.

Oddly, though, all of it doesn't really have much sodium.

Yay for cavities and decreased chance of heart attacks from to much sodium!...



Anyone else doing the same? I am only 195 pounds at 6'1/2" and I feel fat.


Stupid chocolate eggs. I think I'll eat one now....
 
Erm, dude, I'm 6' 2" and I weigh 160 pounds.. You ARE a fat ass.. :tongue:


I don't get on the forums enough to know if you're a man or a woman. But if you're a woman, than 160 at 6'2" is good. If you're a man, than 160 at 6'2" is considered a little underweight.

Also, muscle weighs more than fat. I can bench 300 pounds...supposed to do twice your own weight but...yah right :)

I'm a man :wink: And yeah, I know I'm a bit on the skinny side, but I prefer not to have any fat flapping around :icon6: As for muscles, I can easily do 40 pushups without breaks, thats good enough for me. Women don't even like bodybuilders you know :wink:
 
I'm 5'9 180 pounds. Solid muscles...except some fats on my gut, a few more on my thigh, some on the chest, a bit on the buttocks...um that's it! The rest are solid muscle. And no I'm not kidding! Just the hard truth.*tries to flex* lol!

If you think about it...180 is not that much.
About the bench pressing, I can press about 160 breaking a LOT of sweats. Whoever said lift 2x your size, forget you!

I am 178 and 5'9 so I don't know.
I don't think I'm fat... o____o at least last time I checked I wasn't..
 
I don't get fat even if I try, so Im all happy.

Weigh 150 pounds @ 6'1, so Im pretty average at that.

Can bench up to 25 kilos each hand, but I hardly ever do so so meh.
 
Jare, 2 more pounds and we're the same. But I don't think I'm fat either. The weight is evenly balanced out from top to bottom. And also, I play football so 180 is normal.
