Higher Weightlimit for Character and Cart
Right Monsters in Niffleheim
The new Headgears arent only Mixing Items, they can be dropped now
Lesser Hit Delay (Time you cant move after you got hitted)
Lesser Casttime
Baselevel maximum is now 255
Joblevel maximum is now 70 (Only for Advanced Jobclasses)
All Jobs inclusive High Classes (Assassine Cross, Champion, Lord Knight, etc.)
First tests with Baby Classes (implemented, but not aktivated)

Added right itemdrop chance in Mob DB (higher now)
