on mine i just increased with 1 Zero on it

thats the only way i found to edit rates so im sharing with you

have fun and lots of hours editing like 10.000 lines

i already did half of it

also remember this is not a true exp rate change, it only changes the amount of exp received from monsters not Quest.

the race editor for me doesnt work for me, i open and edit the multiply and when i press save it wont save cause i re-open the file and the values are the same thats why i share it for who have problems with race editor.
