cmd in the manual for the error in the open. Extractor 'is not an error manually opening the box unchecked.

When I type cmd from admin error. loc.extracter.exe running smoothly. But it gives an error and does not work loc.compiler.exe. As you can see in the picture.

Can you help me Kreeate?
