- i can't understand this, what is MAS, and MS (MS = MonitorServer?)?

The server can run without those so don't worry too much about them.

- i try to rename map server at the properties shortcut to map server.exe 2.exe but that's not working like ( C:\lunaServer\MapServer.exe 2.exe ) < damn! how to fix it? change to C:\luna\MapServer 2.exe or C:\luna\MapServer.exe 2.exe ??? or what , it's so confused!

It is like you use command prompt and go to the folder where MapServer.exe is found and run it there with a parameter 2
Example (imagine i'm using command prompt):

C:\Documents and Settings\MyCompName\My Documents\Luna Server Files>MapServer.exe 2

or just simply:

C:\Documents and Settings\MyCompName\My Documents\Luna Server Files>MapServer 2

The "2" there corresponds to the map Alker Farm.

and where the damn setting.bin at my system folder of my client, i just found setting.cfg

There is no setting.bin. . To edit the I.P. address of client, you need to find the I.P. address inside the client's exe file through a Hex Editor (we don't know what I.P. address it uses though so you need to scan it manually or any other techiniques and that you know the structure of an I.P. address) then change it into your I.P. address you need to change it into.

once again, i have run distribute and agent server and connect, but when i try to open mapserver there a error , "Give a parameter as a map number" << what the heck is going on?

How to remove securty at lunaclient.exe. So if i change ip at serverlist.bin, in that client will no longer any message like "clients have been changed."

With that much you should be able to manage a recommended 5 - 8, but a max of 10 if your lucky.

Math: 4GB = 1024mb * 4 or 4096mb, each map takes a good 300mb (this can increase overtime) on startup. So 4096mb / 300m = 13.6533... - 2 (this is for agent and distribution server) and you get 11.6533... - 1.6 for what little amount of ram the computer can use for other things without crashing.

Formula: Total Ram (in mb) / 300mb = total - 2 = max maps available

Help me please I can't figure this out I downloaded the SQL2000 thing but nothing pops up when I download it, none of the files are there, and I really want to make a private server please help me? Can you link me the direct link to the SQL thing, and all the file downloads?
And my computer has 153GB of space left it that enough to run all the maps, files, and whatnot?
