[Guide] modified armor and how to Create mask

for those who still run ep3/ep4 server

its good to add new item

To view the content, you need to sign in or register

put the .x file inside skin
put the cps file in your skinobject folder
put the dds file inside char..
use your item editor to add this item into your item.isf
repack your skin object and glogic ^_^

in preloadskin that can be found inside skin folder
add the following

r_rr_bsdb.x, b_m2.x
r_r2_bsdb.x, b_m2.x
r_r3_bsdb.x, b_m2.x
r_r4_bsdb.x, b_m2.x


and your done ^^
note: if you do it wrong it will cause game.exe error ^^





for the face mask using raw materials
(well be doing face mask for brawler...)

now look for m2_face_m.cps in your skinobject and s_m2_head.x in your skin folder ^^
for the .dds file look for m2_face_m.dds edit it with paint or photoshop if you want...
put all of them in one folder for easy access ^^

now change the name of the cps , x file and dds...
in my file i change the name into:

s_m2_head = r_m2_head <----- x file
m2_face_m = rr_face_m <----- cps file
m2_face_m = rr_face_m <----- dds file

now edit the cps file:

open it with hex editor
and change s_m2_head.x into you x file name ( in my file i put r_m2_head.x)
change m2_face04 with your dds name (in my file i put rr_face_m)
change m2_face_m with your dds name(in my file i put rr_face_m)

To view the content, you need to sign in or register

now your done with cps file...

now we need to edit the x file..

change the following name into your dds name (in my file i put rr_face_m)

m2_face00
m2_face00.dds
m2_face01
m2_face01.dds
m2_face02
m2_face02.dds
m2_face03
m2_face03.dds
m2_face04
m2_face04.dds
m2_face05
m2_face05.dds

To view the content, you need to sign in or register

once you finish it ..

put the .x file inside skin
put the cps file in your skinobject folder
put the dds file inside char folder..
use your item editor to add this item into your item.isf

note: in shape of inventory i put CommercialSet.dds
in shape of filed i put nd_amulet.x
in wear[fight] i put my cps file name

add :
your x file name.x, b_m2.x

and your done ^^

dont forget to edit your itemstrtable ^^ to give it name ...

its not tested 100% but it works for my brawler....
