Guide setting up Admin Tool and how to use it

Hello community, i have a request and i am sure its the same question that have been ask for many years past or may not be, i have google and use ragezone search bar to find some information on how to setup properly of AdminTools, and also how to use it, since most the tutorial is not really cover admin tools, and the only tutorial i could found on youtube is in Portuguese which clearly i would have not understand 1 single word.

soo if possible could someone guide me? or if there was a link that you might think i have not read it please post the link here as well.
