Handing off the torch... Giving someone your database?

How would someone go about giving another person their database so all accounts and settings stay the same as original owner and users just have to select the other IP?

back up the database and send the files over to the other computer or host, obviously.. its about 600 mb unzipped to back up diosa database

Import and Export Data , should come with mssql2000

From there you can get a super-compressor, that will make your 600mb into about 100mb or less.
