i have asked in other threads and so have many other people of how to resolv the handshaking bug, the problem is everythings working fine with the server and the site also works but it just crashes at handshaking

NOt 100% sure but I always have that when i have newer version of wow than Server is runing

this version of the server is officially made for v2.0.6 burning crusade and its not the version thats the problem i do believe and i dont wish to downgrade from v2.0.6 to v2.0.2 or whatever =/ i have 2 computers and one of those has burning crusade installed and i havent updated it to the newer version because i wanted to setup a server for that version, i have both the official games purchased the first wow game and the latest patch burning crusade =/

well like i said i would ive tryd it on my other computer with v2.0.3 setup on it with TBC intsalled and i still get the same error is there noone at all who knows how to resolve this bloody problem i'm getting major maingrains from trying to figure out whats causing it the server says its up and running perfectly =/

i've recently posted on the mango's forum stating the bug i've been getting and the responce i was given is that TBC is not supported with mango's but the server files name reads that TBC is supported.

PLUS i'm getting rather agrivated by this since non of you have posted anything useful for me and i damn well know that most of you have had and fixed the same problem which i have been getting =o]

Well ManGOS dev team does not officially support TBC. It is open source so people edit the source code to make it work with TBC. Also try deleting the "WTF" folder in your WoW dir (it contains temporary files). If you gave me a link to the files you used I could help you out.

Is your realmlist in MySQL Realm DB Set to an outside IP Address?
If so you can create a 2nd entry with a local LAN IP address or set a host file to do DNS Spoofing of the Outside IP to a name.

all ip adresses are set to 127.0.0.1
i've also tryd it after deleted the WTF folder that made no difference at all =/

could there be something blocking it? if a firwal could block the access for it which i dont it could since if it was blocking it it wouldn't open the wow client at all, plus my firewall is turned off anyway =/

i've been trying to figure it out for 3 days straight now and i've still not come up with a conclusion to how to fix it

Look ! On your server in wowemu.key it should be your DNS or IP ! In your WoW Realmlist it should be 127.0.0.1 then go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc edit hosts with notepad ! And at the end of the line you put 127.0.0.1 yourdns !
-Remember to dont delete 127.0.0.1 localhost
-Eg> 127.0.0.1 mywow.com
-Save the file, restart your PC,and you won't have that bug anymore ! :)

if this works man ill be forever thankfull lol =o]
but were can i find wowemu.key? or are you tlking about a different emu?
