HDMI or PCI

Yo yo yo yo, Anyone with a wealth of knowledge... I've got a 32" LCD TV with both HDMI and PCI inputs, which would anyone recommend for plugging into my pc? and also is it worth it?

I use to use PCI on my old pc, the quality is crap though, id suggest HDMI, never used it myself, but probs good for hooking it up to watch moveis etc.
