God, finally I got to upgrade some of my crappy equipment with some new stuff. Bought a new amplifier yesterday for my B-day, Ibanez Tone Blaster X series, TBX30R. I don't really get it why people used to tell me it's not a good series, I loved this amp the moment I got to try it at the shop, it's really awesome. No that powerful, I know, but it's more than enough for me to play at home.

Now just to get a new guitar and some decent effects >:D

As asked, the pics of the new stuff:

(Not the best quality, I know, I used the phone's camera to take 'em)

The TBX30R:

Ibanez Tone Blaster X series, TBX30R.

Is a great amp for home usage, it doesn't really product much fuzz, and the bass is quite low. But its clearcut.

Nice, i looked at one of those a while back, I got one similar to is, but mine is quite loud and not as good sount clarity

Well its fine for starting but if you get a band and want to do mini concerts you will need 75 watts min.
But for the price you cant ask for much more. (And I would never get Marshall a lot of people like them except me xD).

mine's the same one since the 7th grade :P (currently a freshy in college) so I wouldn't totally say it's bad. I would have gone with a gibson, though. The classic fender strat wouldn't have hurt (must be me I'm not too much of an ibanez fan)

my friend has the red version (showed me at his house). That's a pro guitar my friend :P even if I couldn't play it (lefty!). You know it's pro because it's made here in the US (which is why I like gibson, unlike the japanese ibanez). I'd suggest get some custom pickups like duncan

they're in my friends exploder (not those, but the same brand) and lemme tell you it's great!

Yeah, I know, Gibson got awesome stuff. Seymour Duncan pickups are also great, I played one guitar with their pickups on it, I don't remember the brand. Thing is, I ain't got enough cash for a new Explorer, or a Les Paul.. and besides, I'm a growling vocalist by 'profession', not a guitarist, Basically, I learned guitar just because I liked this instrument and because it helped me a lot with improving my composing skills. But I WILL get a new guitar once I have some spare cash :P
