[Help] 1.02Q Season 2 Skills

Anyone here knows how to activate the Season 2 Skills, Moonslash and other? cause in my server 1.02Q, the skill are locked and cannot be used, it says Siege Warfare only..Does it mean that those skills are meant to be used for Castle Siege Only? If so, is there anyway to activate it and use it for PK, or killing mobs for leveling? Hope someone could help me with this.. Thanks!

yeap they are only for Castle Siege they are unlocked in version 1.01e+ (i mean u can use it in every map in 1.01e+)

yeah i wanted this to be activated in my server too but it seems that it has only be done in MX versions.. altho i think there is a way to hex it if you know how to hex properly

hmm.. 1.01+? i got 1.02Q and they arent unlocked, how to unlock these? i cant hex, at least, not that good, i understand some but not all..
