Copy the rmp.dll to your C:\Windows folder if you haven't done that already.

Are all ports forwarder?

Have you set Base=C:\Redmoon3.8\Bin\ to the correct folder in your RmServerMgr/config/RmScrScript.ini file?

All the IP's changed to 127.0.0.1? But I mean every IP in the Bin/Config/RmServer.ini file.

1.copy rmp.dll to system dir,C:\Windows or C:\WINNT or C:\Winxp
2.Install MSSQL2000;
3.append redmoon.mdf to your database;
4.config ODBC > system DSN > add,name is "RMEBrain0",connection is "SQL Server",database is "Redmoon"
5.config RedMoonSvr\Bin\Config\rmServer.ini > all ip replace by 127.0.0.1

over.
