what procedure will I follow so that I can perfectly make one..

because It's not transparent..

maybe he are talking about the copyright in loading screen

edit the tga files using Photoshop.. change the opacity of the text 'Copyright' layer to 25% or somewhere around it.. or until it has the transparent look..

sorry i cant help you right now.. i just reformated my pc to vista.. so i dont have any photoshop at the time being..

check ur textures/gui in ur client folder then check the copyryt if u have install ur adobe in ur pc u can double click it and the adobe will appear so free to edit it...
i suggest to use adobe photoshop cs3 extended its more good to others [i guess] ^_^
