Kids have a very serious problem with the server players are playing and derepente the deconectan become a log, and it jumps Account is allready connected so that they can then re-enter I have to restart the gameserver and that bothers me someone other users I can help with this problem

i have a very serious problem with the server, the players are playing and suddendly they get disconnected. When they try to re-login the "Account is already connected" message appears :S, so i have to restart gameserver.
This really bothers me, so i wanna know if anyone can help me!
