HELP again about VM ware

i've seen videos when they open vmware this will not apear but when it comes to me i appears for what is this?

The videos you have seen are probably for vmware workstation and you have vmware server which can connect to remote vmware servers as well as local ones. Either will work ok but server is free and workstation is not.
