Maybe you mean "Is there an sql file I can run to import all of the items I need into the database, and if so, where can I download it?"

If that is your question, then yes, there is. You will know when you run it because it will take hours (depending on your computer) to run it. Take a look on these forums. I won't recommend a certain database version because I don't want to sway your decision one way or the other. I would just say take a look at each one and decide for yourself. One database you can search for is Rev 6 TerraNet DB. There are a couple others if you search.

The databases are on here though, you just have to do a little bit of searching.
