[help] [Arcemu] Continuous Crashes Ascent

Well the title explains a lot .
It crashes every 5 or 10 minutes .
Damn it's so annoying .
Could somebody help me with this ?

its a core problem i think, happend to me my first time, just compile your own core.

wierd 450 hasnt crashed yet

even with sun++

i've tried even the newest , 456 too .
how to compile my own one ?
