Set your system.xml, locator.ini.

i set it in game mode that is allow all.

I got also a crappy firewall, if i allow something it just doesn't allow it....

firewall just blocks it anyway or somehow T_T

go to taskmanager and end the firewall process, or just turn it out in you're configuration panel.
