Help Bad Plx!!!

Ok well my server is all done and it running good. But! When players join a game it shows them as lagging, and you can run around and everything, for them it does the same thing. So noone can play with eachother, yet we can talk to one another inside lobby and everything. Anyone know how to fix? Thnx in advance.

MonitorIP = 127.0.0.1
If that dosnt work make sure MatchAgent is running
