[HELP] Black screen when connected

Hey, when you connect to the game a black screen.
Long time to boot up the character selection.
What could be the problem?

WOW! im impressed! what a wizards! you guys can diagnose problem without loggs and without any knowlegde . It can be quest.tex but theres over 100 other exceptions that may give black screen. Please before lemming posting use your head or just shut up
