[HELP] Black screen when connected

Hey, when you connect to the game a black screen.
Long time to boot up the character selection.
What could be the problem?

maybe, if you change quest.tex, that is the problem

WOW! im impressed! what a wizards! you guys can diagnose problem without loggs and without any knowlegde . It can be quest.tex but theres over 100 other exceptions that may give black screen. Please before lemming posting use your head or just shut up

the black screen from quest.text at login screen usually

Not really, it could be caused by Dx9 on Win8 also etc
