[Help]can semeone help me fix this..

i have a problem with "you cannot attack a monster that is fighting against another player"..this thing on my server..can someone tell me how to make is correct..this problem happen when i hit a monster and come this problem..but no one was there hiting the monster >_<"..thank you very much if wan to help me to solve this problem ..
