[Help]Can't Bring up Admin Window L2J

I have created an account level 100, was able to log into the server, made a character and I did the //admin in the chat windown and nothing. How do I get the admin commands/window to work?

No prefix... but since you're a noob here... this will be your first and last warning about this... read forums rules and take those in mind later when you're going to make a new thread... we have prefixes for the threads and there are already some sections for them... choose the proper ones on your posts or they will be deleted/closed and you will get a warning or infraction. And with those... 3 strikes and you're out.

You must set the Charcter Accesslevel to 100 not account

my accesslevel for the account is 100 and when I type in the chat log //admin or admin nothing any help sorry noob Q? I just want to have this up for this weekend so I can host a server... any help would be awesome. Do I need any mods or add ons maybe??

in your database go to characters table and at your character look for acces level! change it from 0 to 100!!!
