Help..Can't Connect GameServer

anyone know my problem? when it check id and password,it disconnect me

Your auth server is still offline, you have to wait abit for that to start up.

i wait for 10 minutes but nothing happen,my auth server state still offline
any idea why this happen?
i see in my game server the npc,monster and item counter is 0
is my server correct?

if false,pls give me the right order

i do login, gameserver, authurisation n they all boot properly cuz like i can see that your authriseation is still offline when it should be online im pritty sure =/ mine says online n has all these details, i still cant log in tho but i recon thats just fiddling with ips and db that will fix it
