Help Can't CREATE CHARACTER~!~!~!

BTW: I DO NOT D/C THAT JUST SHOWS AND NO CHARACTERS POP UP AFTER I CLICK ACCEPT

Did happent to me too, only thing i did was to update the character database

Yes as mentioned above, you have evidently either upgraded or downgraded the server base files, but have forgot to change the MySQL database, and therefore the column fields are not relating anymore, causing these problems for you.

I suggest you make sure you have applied all of the updates for your current revision.
