[HELP]Can't play L2J

Hi all.I have prob i build l2 titan creation pack v4,the pack is running well and people can connect but not me:/ i get to the server select screen and then press ok but but nothing happen,this is what my game server console is writing when i try to connect

you have updated your client. to log in change in the server config the max protocol to 746. I think that will work.

u can change u protocol version in the server config put

MINPROTOCOLVERSION=1
MAXPROTOCOLVERSION=999

And u will can join, but in the screen i see so much errors...

the damn errors appear only when i try to enter my but when my friends enter to the server all works fine and there is no erros (the errors start to appear when i start the game)
by the way i am new in this so some one can tell me how can i install npc like gm shop or better how to create it i dont know how to put sql data (i dont have mysql and navicat)
TRYED TO CHANGE PROTOCOL 1 AND 999 SAME PROB APPEARS

hello, do you restart your server when you edit your config ? (just an idea)
