[Help]CH item creation - missing html L2J

I have l2j-delta 2.8 pack and i try clan halls. But item creation is not functional.
So, I looked at source code and i found, that files with item creation must be
ClanHallManager/itemTerritory0.htm etc. - like teleTerritory0.htm
Where can i find these files with items on sale ? Or, how did you did it?
