[Help] Connection problem

I'm french, so excuse if my english isn't very good ^^"

So, I've got a problem when I try to connect to my server.
When I write the local IP (127.0.0.1), I can connect and play without problems, but when I change to my IP (get with whatismyip.org) I've got the message : All servers are currently undergoing scheduled maintenance. Please refer to our official website for notices regarding restoration of server access. Thank you..

Can you help me ?

You have to change your IP in your sql channel file and your server.conf iles.

If you are on the same computer the server is on, you have to connect with 127.0.0.1, everyone else connecting has to connect through your WAN IP
