[HELP]Customization:Name,Move etc

Hello there, its time for me to need some help.

1.It seems that i can't manage to change the server name... What line to edit in Text.bmd (thats the file, right?) in hex editor. I edited everywhere it wrote TestServer but still test server -_-
2.How do i edit M button menu (move menu): what file to edit? client side..because i can type /move devias3 and it works but on menu i dont have it or it has wrong level
