you must know java to disable this

yes man my server is l2jfree but how i can change pls is important

if you know java, you should know, that you can`t edit compiled server.
you have to compile it on your own...
and i don`t think that you know java...

altsettings.properties
AltMinimumFallHeight = 400

yes evill33t only i change 400 for 0 and same i dont know why :S

try change it from 400 to 4000 (or more)
