[Help]DC/blacklist issues.

Yeah..as the title says, people are randomly getting DC(4) (I believe) And lately it is getting really annoying. After DC(4) sometimes they get set into blacklist. Isn't Blacklist just for people found using like hacks/hotuk? Any help would be nice, thanks.

place the line *BLOCK_LOGOUT and ppl shouldnt appear in blacklist

Delete the blacklist folder, make a file called "blacklist" (no extension), make sure it has nothing in it, and set it to "Read Only".

I'm having troubles with server crashing as well, any solutions? Lol. A friend did some reseach or something and he notcied that the process keeps going higher and higher (instead of keeping at an average rate) and it eventually crashes.

Many things have leaks causing resources to increase. However, the server must keep in mind a lot of user data, monster data, maps, etc. Even though it is stored in files and SQL, there's no surprise that the resource consumption continuously raises.

Anyway, crashing can be caused by any number of things. A personal favorite of the Priston Tale server is crashing due to bad monster files. A URL with "Good" monster files can be found floating in the forum. In fact, I posted the link to it rather recently so check some of the topics. Be sure to make a copy of your current monster files btw.
