Some files can be viewed normally.But some files, why can't I open them?What files and on which folder the files you are trying to open? I don’t remember there’s shield.dds, or I might forgot

Very likely you have a mix of .dds and .rft files after unpacking.
RFT is a dds file with the header scrambled but readable by the game.
You'll need to convert those .rft files to .dds First changing the extension to .rft so the tool can read it.
