[Help] Enchant Success rate L2J

Ok guys i've got a question

in config i have the usually enchant config

EnchantSafeMax = 3
EnchantSafeMaxFull = 3


but i want Bews 90% success rate were do i change it

looked at xml files but didnt find anything usefull

well for this setting you can use l2jfree/l2joneo files and there is a line for bless scrolls rate.
