Seems a DB problem...but im not really sure,those error messages confuse me...

Ehm.. what does a configuration error have to do with none-released files?

The server obviously does not establish a connection with the SQL Server. You should:

as many many times said already. Maybe you can find out WHY the connection attempt of the server to the SQL Server fails.

Common reasons for this btw. are
  • Disabled / Not configured TCP/IP Networking in the SQL Server
  • Different IPs in global.cfg and SQL Server Networking Configuration
  • Blocked Firewall Ports (Try disabling it completely and test again)
  • Wrong / None SQL User Authentification Data specified in global.cfg
  • SQL Authentification disabled for the MSSQL Server

If you want to hex edit the configuration files, go right ahead, lol.

Anyw. closed this as the OP didn't show any intentions on solving a problem here and doesn't even bother showing us logs or any kind of useful information. Not even tagging it with Solved if it is....
