Help error [dungeon]

People, I am back
Now, I'm with a problem in the DUNGEON,when I put the key to generating the cross,it is not generated, the "failed to generate cross". Could anyone help me in this problem
Note: I Am using the server files Dragona_Working.

The server my this Ok, but when I try to access the dungeon, the failure to generate a cross, you know how I could resolve this?
Note: In suer, I try to enter in navia with the key, but does not generate the dungeon
