[HELP] Errors

Hello, Whenever I make a character on my server if I make a "newer" item like a Galapago Cap and I put it on I'll error out or I change into a transcendent class I will just look as its lower form but with diffrent colored clothing, (IE : Sniper --> Hunter With color clothes) Even If I am a novice with nothing on and log out I will error and will not be able to get back in without going into the database and deleting the character. The errors I get are palette errors.

I am using KRO 1017 and SAK 1017 both fully patched.
I am using the FullData_v3.rar
