[Help] Everything else works fine....except missao or mission.

Hey guys, I've had a problem for quite a while. Whenever I try to stage with someone else, only the leader gets in the game, and the other person or people stay on loading screen. If the leader leaves, the next person in line connects, then it goes on. Does anyone know what's going on with my server? It's no fun without mission :
