[HELP]Everytime i try open ascent.exe[HELP] Ascent

Hello,
Please can anyone help me? I'm using TGMS-WoW Repack but everytime i open logon server and ascent.exe it comes up with an error saying

"This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."

Yeah and i have configured it all right.
Please may any one help me?

It says right inside the error message: "Your configuration is wrong."

So what exactly did you change?

And no, Vista has a LOT of problems, and it will not work correctly. It will give you that message if it's not run as an administrator program.
