[Help] Few Question

Hi I have made KO online and its going good but I have few questions.

1) Where can I find good Drop editor? I used Drop editor by AVAC 3.0 and It doesnt do anything after I press ONAR and its in other language. Anyone have it in English and it works?

2) How to restart server? Only way I know is to turn of those server files. Any other way? Because When I made clan it didnt change to gold color like it was suppose to so I dont think I restart it right.

3) Where can I good website so I can host? That is free. My friend recommend me something.podzone.net anything better then that?

4) How can i get items? I am doing codes /additemnamecodeitemname. But that doesnt work.

5) Anyway to spawn certain number of mobs? I can either spawn 1 or 100. Not in between so is there any other way do it?

Answer: I Dont know I think for get gold armband u need to have Procedure , or just run in query analyzer

Answer: Webitemall Its table IN DATABASE Add item ,and push in Innhostest Power up Shop , so item shoud appear in ur Inventory.
